Delivery guy refuses to climb two flights of stairs to deliver a package, instead claims no one was home, only to be forced to climb to the 8th floor the next day: ‘Enjoy the stairs’

If you think you find it annoying to walk into a building and see an 'out of order' sign on the only elevator, imagine being a delivery person and seeing this sign when you're supposed to deliver something to a high floor.

We understand that it must be extremely frustrating. But just like you must do with any other job, that is simply something delivery people have to deal with when doing theirs–climbing the stairs and delivering the package. What else is there to do?

Well, if you asked the delivery guy in the story below, he would say that you could avoid climbing those stairs by claiming no one was home and the delivery was unsuccessful. But take into consideration that the resident who was waiting by the door for their package might see through these lies. Not only that, they might want to get back at you for pulling this kind of stunt, and do so by asking for a redelivery and forcing you to climb even more flights of stairs to make it successful this time.
